Aaron Wynyard co-founded Wynco with Luke MacDougall as an Australian, privately owned employment group specialising in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment solutions for construction, engineering, property, energy and corporate environments.
As Managing Director, Aaron sets the national recruitment strategy — supporting clients with teams in Sydney and Brisbane and delivery capability across Australia. He works closely with employers to understand role requirements, team culture and project timelines, ensuring every placement can contribute from day one.
Under Aaron's leadership, Wynco has expanded dedicated teams across property and real estate, building services, IT and telecommunications, civil and construction delivery, and renewable energy — while maintaining a quality-focused, consultant-led approach.
