– This local contractor has been delivering infrastructure solutions to local councils, government departments, public and private companies for more than 20 years. With heavy demand for road upgrade projects, they are now looking for an Operations Manager to become an integral part of the business and their team.

Role: Operations Manager
Sector: Infrastructure
Position: Full time

You will be reporting to the owner of the organisation, where your principal responsibility as the operations manager is to manage, plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the business. You will also provide direction and accountability for the forward order book, execution of works and resourcing.

This role would suit someone that has experience running their own business, that can motivate and direct staff and get things done. Alternatively, would suit an operations manager that has experience working on road upgrade projects.
